In this issue of VEM's Perceptions we canvass the results of two important VEM studies.

the first is on corporate social responsibility (CSR), the second on draft research reports prepared by equities market analysts. The results of the CSR study will be presented at VEM boardroom lunches in Sydney on 5 April and in Melbourne on 11 April.

In our second article, we release the results of our study conducted during March on the practices among companies and their investor relations professionals in relation to analysts' draft reports. Greater details about either of these two topics can be obtained by contacting VEM.
